Members agree to repair or replace any product supplied by them and purchased through an authorised trade outlet, that is unsatisfactory in normal use during the period of warranty.
In case of any dispute with a LOFA member that cannot be resolved to the purchasers entire satisfaction, the purchaser may appeal to the LOFA Council for a ruling and the LOFA member agrees to accept the ruling of the LOFA Council as a fair settlement of the dispute.
Members will always supply products of the highest standards that will fulfil the function for which they are intended.
