What’s happening now (and how you can influence the scheme)

So far we have developed the broad design and structure of the scheme.  The next stage is to confirm that there is broad agreement for this, and to develop the implementational details that will be the key to the scheme’s success.

We will be spending the next four months consulting widely on the details of how the scheme should be set up and run.  Please take five minutes to tell us what you think – or to ask any questions you’d like to.  To do so, click here.
